WHY I BECAME A

HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH...

 

 

 

In June 2013, I was in a serious car accident,

and I was diagnosed with

Chronic Muscle Damage.

THIS CHANGED MY LIFE!

 

It changed my career, my activities, my social life, my love life and most importantly...my eating habits.

 

For two full years, I sat on the couch depressed and feeling sorry for myself because I couldn’t do much.  No signs of motivation, I was in a deep depression, and nothing I did made me happy...except eating – not just eating but...eating sweets;

I was weighing in at around 170lbs.

 

Instead of that beaming smile, creative spark, and that “walk in the room” energy that I used to have, I looked dull, tired, I was always moody and I

felt terrible most of the time.

I LOST MY SPARK!

SOMETHING

HAD TO CHANGE!

 

 

 

In June 2015, after seeing a Psychologist for my depression, I decided to make a change in my lifestyle - more directly my eating habits as I felt that I was eating myself into “sweet” oblivion.

 

I took a 28 day whole foods reset and…THIS is when I realized and finally admitted that…

 

I WAS STRUGGLING…with cravings, weight gain, & mood swings!-just to name a few!

"I WAS A SUGAR ADDICT!"

 

I dropped 20 pounds healthfully (by eating whole foods) in just 28 days and I dropped from a size 10 to a size 6.

 

I had energy to actually get out of bed every morning and I had more clarity than I had in years!

 

Most importantly, I began to love my own skin!  No more negative self-talk, no more feeling sorry for my condition and doing nothing about it!  No more making my pain everyone else’s fault and using sweets to cover it up!

 

​HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?

This was definitely NOT the best life ever!

GUESS WHAT?

...my Spark was Back!
